A class parent can use HelpTime for a school party.
A class parent can use HelpTime for a school party. Add items you need parents to supply. HelpTime will send an email with a link to click on – parents can see what is still needed select it to volunteer. No duplicate items and no miscommunication.

First week of Beta testing is Complete?
Our first week of beta testing is complete and we thank everyone that has provided such fantastic feedback. We have implemented many of the suggestions already. Most notable we have added some “helper text” to the top of each tab, enabled creation of multiple tasks with a single entry , and now allow email sent to individual people in addition to the full group. Thanks again and keep the feedback coming.
