HelpTime Enhancement

Now you can review potential new volunteers directly in HelpTime. If someone that is not on your named participant list volunteers, you can email them directly from HelpTime to validate their qualifications. You can also accept them (adding them to your list) or decline them making the tasks they signed up for available for others to volunteer for.
